Exchange Policy
If the product is received in good condition, customers have the right to request an exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be kept in its original packaging and unused condition. If the item is damaged or defective through no fault of the customer, we will gladly replace it with a new one.
Please note that BSMART Networks does not offer refunds — items can only be exchanged for the same or an equivalent product.
Exchange Conditions
Products will not be accepted for exchange if any of the following components are missing:
Complete and original equipment set
Purchase receipt proving the transaction with BSMART Networks
Warranty card (if applicable)
Service report describing any defect issued by our technical department
Please note that cash refunds are not available.
